<p>The only physics at my school that’s calc-based is IB physics, and I’m not taking it because the IB only lets you take a maximum of two sciences if you’re working towards the IB diploma. It would take too long to explain, but I chose bio and chem over physics and another science.</p>

<p>In other news, I have my own scheduling dilemma. Mainly, my school is ■■■■■■■■. I now have early dismissal because the only classes I’m eligible to take 8th period are Painting 1 and Drawing 1.</p>

<p>My problem is that Calc 3/Diff Eq only has one section, and it’s the same time as AP Chem which also only has one section. There are only two sections of AP Lit, so that’s all screwed up. Basically my school has convinced tons of kids to sign up for AP classes, but they don’t have enough teachers. Stupid 4 years of required gym doesn’t help either. They might add AP Environmental Science 8th, so that’s probably what I’ll end up taking.</p>
<p>Edit: Oh, we also got rid of AP Spanish, so the new Spanish 4 is the old AP Spanish, just without the test prep. My transcript will read that I’ve taken Spanish 4 twice, that will be hard to explain.</p>
<p>I wish I could have gone to a language immersion school. I envy those employees at European airports.</p>
