The Cafe Watering Hole

I don’t know what I’ll be.

Is there a Little Croatia neighborhood in New Brunswick? It would be perfect for you. You could use your Croatian, and New Brunswick is fairly bilingual between French and English. If there isn’t a Little Croatia there, you could start it. Open a bakery. I can see you sweeping the walk every day and yelling at the hoodlums as they waddle to school. You’ll shout Croatian insults at them. Bliss.

Snoop Kim, YOU BE CHEMIST! Or else no rice for you tonight.

Today I reached the decision that I law school is right for me. I think.

But it’s so tricky, I generally have an interest in everything I do in school, and I don’t know how I’ll be able to pick one thing to concentrate on. I wish I could just know everything and learn every language.

New Brunswick is a province, not a city, JB.

Fail, JB .

I agree Yak, I have a list of potential majors somewhere on my computer, it’s something like:

Applied Mathematics
Economics
Mechanical Engineering
Civil Engineering
International Relations
Anthropology
Biomedical Engineering
Biochemistry
Bio w/ neuroscience concentration

DVR is so hot with his snarky ways.

Umm no I will not be a “business” major. I got to a liberal arts school ***. Econ, people. Maybe Psych. And French. No theatre.

I’m only half Asian. btw.

If you knew everything then you’d end up like Cate Blanchett in Indiana Jones and that wouldn’t be good.

That was unnecessary, jolie.

What was unnecessary?

Half-Asian is preetttty much the best thing you can be.

Jolie, you know you can pass the swear filter, right? ■■■■!!! See?

I don’t know what to say to you, Jolie.

CC party.

At one time or other, I’ve definitely considered all of those. Even anthropology. God.

International relations and economics would be gold, but too obvious at the same time.

“DVR is so hot with his snarky ways.” Sigh.

I seriously don’t know what I want to be. At all.

Haha, I know, Snoop. I’m just poking fun out of my own insecurity.

I have a half-Japanese friend. But somehow, he missed all of the Japanesity. His mom moved here when she was five, so she’s basically an American that just looks Japanese. And she married an American white guy. For some reason, my friend is basically the antithesis of an Asian.

And I don’t care if New Brunswick is just a province. There are neighborhoods in provinces.

You should check out this major at UCLA, it’s the only combined IR/Econ undergrad program I’ve found so far.

[Economics/International Area Studies B.A.](<a href=“Study Area - New Student & Transition Programs”>Study Area - New Student & Transition Programs)

Oh, and Georgetown, obviously.

I think I’m going to do Economics and a minor in a foreign language other than Spanish. If I can be trilingual by the time I graduate, I’ll have much greater job prospects.

Really? He missed the Japanesity? That’s something.

idontknowwhattobeidontknowwhattobe

Snoop, I’ll say what I want to say.

Mike, I don’t say that word. Except sometimes.

DVR, you know what to say. Wink.

At least what you say is logically sound, JB.

Thanks for the link, Mike. I wish they had a problem like that closer to here, because I want to stay somewhere in the northeast. I don’t know, California is just too far away, and I don’t think I’ll be okay with going so far when I graduate from high school.

Jolie, you’re ridiculous.

And snooop, be a screenwriter. I thought it was decided.

I edited up there, but Georgetown has a really good combined program as well. I might actually apply, now that I think about it. Three days to decide, lol.

You know what, yak? Boo urns.

I am engulfed in a storm of words.

At least? Elaborate.

snooop? Are yelling my name now?

And I think I will be screenwriter, even though that implies some sort of idea process for writing screenplays.
