<p>Very quick question. Berkeley is in my top 5 colleges that i will apply to in Fall of 2012, and i heard from a friend that Berkeley doesn’t consider ethnicity in admissions? Is this true? It would certainly make sense then why the White population at Berkeley = Asian population :)</p>
