<p>I hope he gets to be a huge cat, our 12 year old cat is HUGE, not fat, just a large stature.</p>

<p>wayoutwest, did your cat have short hair as well? Our kitten has short hair, so I’m not sure how much Maine Coon he could have in him. Also, I did get a quick glimpse of his mom (completely feral), she was average sized, all black and short haired… Maybe the father was a big Maine Coon.</p>

<p>Bash is a medium hair now with longer guard hairs and very dense undercoat. His tail is a huge bushy plume. As a kitten his fur was short but very thick and kind of wooly.</p>

<p>Female Maine Coons are considerably smaller than the males–so there’s no telling about mom.</p>
