<p>I posted this thread to give prospective parents and students another avenue for them to find information rather than simply relying on info obtained by the admission’s office. By posting the link to the newspaper, prospective parents and students are now aware that they have an additional source of information at their fingertips. They can read through all of the sections of the paper at their leisure and form their own opinions. It is a source of information that may help parents find answers to things that they never even thought to ask. It’s always easy to find the obvious positive things going on at any campus. As with any campus, there are also negatives. Online college newspapers are a great source of info. They usually include a broader range of information than what is normally found during the typical Information Sessions and tours.</p>
<p>As Spiders05 mentioned, there is now a follow-up article with news of the arrests of
2 University of Richmond freshmen in regards to the car vandalism. This is great news and if found guilty of the crime, they will have to pay the price for their actions. Now that the link to the Collegian is easily accessed via this thread, others can look to it for updates on this story as well as new info on events, news, alumni info, sports, opinions, etc.</p>
