Our midterms are not until after Christmas either.

Wow. That’s crazy…

So far we’re like 5/<10 Princeton, 1/1 Harvard (haha!), 2/15ish Penn (one was a recruited athlete). Two Stanforders I haven’t heard about yet and four Yalers finding out tomorrow.

Nobody applied early to Dartmouth, Brown, or Columbia because we’re prestige whores. :)

lol

My school is about 15/25 (maybe) University of Iowa.

“Finals are after Christmas? That’s so…illogical. You should petition.”

Maybe they are just trying to copy Harvard and Princeton who stubbornly keep finals after winter break too.

Yale pwns cause midterms are before xmas.

yeah coming from a school where finals are after winter break, Yale’s schedule is so much sexier. did you know we have the most days off in all the Ivy League? at least that’s how my officer saw it. mmm laid back Ivy League education.

So far my school has broken even:
-2 accepted to MIT
-2 deferred by Harvard
-1 rejected from columbia
-1 rejected by Stanford

hey edmyale09, do you know how much time do they give to each app and how many officers go through it!!! i am having very scray thoughts …like they simple FORGOT to go through my app?!

My school has broken more or less even too:
1 accepted to Harvard
1 accepted to Penn
1 accepted to Cornell
Then there’s like ten to fifteen deferred from various places and four total rejected (1 from Columbia, 2 from Penn, 1 from Brown).

nah, they won’t forget. i dunno how much time each app gets tho.

My School has 6 for harvard, 7 MIT and 1 Yale (Rowing team) so far…(TJ)

Impressive williams…what school do you go to

Ko: It’s TJ. I will be somewhat upset if I am deferred this evening and might make a bit mistake. Data at my school shows Harvard, MIT, Princeton all pay more attention to academic performance this year…

my school has 6 for harvard & 5 for penn

GOOD LUCK GUYS!!!

i know some of you from the early days of the ea thread, most of you i dont. im so excited for all of you…im no good at pep talks, and i can’t say anything that would make you go “ok, getting deferred or rejected wont feel so bad after all”. but i know you guys must be enormously talented to be seriously considering yale, and you’ll all land up somewhere great.
yale’s a great school and i hope you all get in.
