<p>typecastme, i know it’s been awhile since you posted this, but i thought this was worth a response, anyway. i don’t know if they’re ready to discuss it officially yet, but we were told last year by the director of the Theatre program (not the MT program) that implementing a full MT major, rather than the certificate program, was definitely being discussed. The MT program is growing like crazy since AMTP was launched and since they’ve brought on two incredible new directors.</p>
<p>I’m sure the MT program director, Dominic Missimi, is the person who would know the most, but I just don’t know if it’s to a point where he can share anything. If I hear anything more, I’ll post it.</p>
