<p>obviosuly uploading the letters doesnt take long. i mean they got a freaking team to do it. but the site isnt built to take large amount of stress. sure it can handle thousands of users at a time. but 4148 people hammering that one page? no not a cahnce in hell with all the existing, prospective, parents also using other parts. its goign to drain a lot a resources from their server. so they are probably making stress tests and making sure they dont crash and **** us off.</p>
