Interesting result considering the price difference. I was sure S3 sold more before I saw the data. I am not interested in a bigger phone, either. I am quite happy with iphone4. Not sure I’d update to 5 when contract renewal comes up.

I used the iPod Touch for quite a while before going to the iPhone 5. Whether the extra work you have to do with your hand (or using your other hand) offsets the bigger screen-size is a personal thing. I do like the bigger screen but sometimes wish it were smaller for navigation. You can’t have everything.

I’d never put a phone there. I have a mid-layer tech shirt that has a zip-vest pocket and I put my phone there most of the time when it’s cold out. In the summer, I have a Scott E Vest which has 20 pockets including an iPad pocket. If I don’t have some kind of shirt pocket, then I put the device in my front-jeans pocket. The iPhone is nice in that it is slim and fits easily in a front pocket.

Google is offering a developer program that you can apply for but it costs $1,500 for the device and some training. Sounds interesting. I’m not sure that I’d shell out that much for a toy but it does seem intriguing. I’ll have to see what I can do with it too.

Yes though it’s called OK Glass now. Maybe some trademark issue on Glass alone.

The one issue that I have with such a device is radiation. If it used WiFi or Cellular, then I wouldn’t use something like that as those are fairly high-power high-frequency radiation. BlueTooth is something that I’d consider using. Note that the issue is placing devices near your brain. I don’t think that they’re are anywhere near as potentially harmful in other locations.

Another knee jerk reaction by the market to the fed minutes - just like the last time. The meeting minutes are obvious before the meeting occurs.
