Well I’m sure you’ll come up with some kind of call spread in combo with selling puts that plays off of different expiration dates so that you’re paying close to 0.

Can’t do that. Only the guys on cnbc can do that.

I betcha don luskin can do it

Lol…

Is he still on cnbc ?

I haven’t watched Kudlow in a couple of years.

Yes he comes on once in while. He’s very entertaining especially when he used to argue with Lee Munson.

I don’t know who Lee Munson is.

I do like nke and aapl though.

Doct, that leap spread is up about 4 bucks in a week, right?

My memory is faulty. I mentioned a leap spread?

Lol…the aapl 415-500 call spread…

Hey…if you are not going to remember, why am I going to remember?

for next year?

Yeah…so you can save money on taxes… You are retirung… And because you think aapl is going to have a better second half in 2013…

Lost interest in leaps?

No - I just forgot I said that and supposedly aapl is going to have a better second half. Maybe this is applicable to the market today: [Watch This Chart for a Selloff Warning: Video - Bloomberg](<a href=“Bloomberg - Are you a robot?”>Bloomberg - Are you a robot?)

Stock market is closed Friday. No wonder option premium looked low.

^^ this doesn’t look good but the futures don’t seem to be reacting at this point.

You are right.

S&P futures up 6 at this point in time.

Razorsharp, thanks.

“SYDNEY (MarketWatch) – Cyprus and its institutional lenders have reached a bailout deal, according to reports citing European Union officials. As part of the agreement the country will impose a 40% haircut on Bank of Cyprus depositors holding more than 100,000 euros ($129,760) in their accounts, Agence France Presse reported. The deal will now be put to the Eurogroup in Brussels for approval, the reports said. The weekend saw tense meetings between Cyprus and the Troika – the European Commission, the European Central Bank and the International Monetary Fund – to reach a deal before a Monday evening funding deadline”

Great. Thanks. BCEagle91.

The futures are up but I don’t see this move as very good. I can’t believe depositors are taking such a big loss. I’m assuming its for those accounts that are not insured. If I were living in those “peripheral” countries - Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Ireland, I’d be widthdrawing my money tomorrow.
