Huh.

Where I’m from, people go to house parties in massive tailgating formation and down Colt40s after prom…

Huh.

Where I’m from, people go to house parties in massive tailgating formation and down Colt40s after prom…

Haha we have something called “afterprom” here. which was basically created to discourage house parties/getting wasted/dying in car crashes. lol. Umm prom ends at 12, and it lasts from 1AM-6AM. And basically has a bunch of stuff going on (games, rockband room, hypnotist show, ect…) and then they give away a bunch of prizes at the end via drawing for students who stayed the whole time (like laptops, wii’s and stuff. Although I didn’t win anything good… stupid sleeping bag and a gift card. lol).

It’s actually better than prom itself in my opinion… lol

yeah ours is “dry aftergrad”… pretty much the same concept

My area also lays claim to a militia (in existence from the time of the French-Indian wars), and a booming methamphetamine trade, so that’s probably why…

ITS BEEN A MAD LONG TIME!!!
This is the final bend guys, the last curve before the finish line.

AP exams guys! OMGeeee
THis thread lives on!

AP exams aren’t anything to get nervous about.

I mean, they’re not pieces of cake…but at least they’re straightforward. (c.f. SAT/SATIIs)

Also, hey, waitaminute - You got into Yale.

WHYYYYYY are you worrying about highschool exams!?

Well, if grades drop, one can still be rejected…

How much do they consider a ‘considerable drop’, do you think? I mean, is an A to a B considerable? ;-)

Haha sev, trying to scare people? So mean… ;P.

But really, Did anyone take the AP lit test today? I thought it seemed pretty easy for some reason, meh but confidence over a test usually means I have failed ;)

Lol, they would probably start caring if you were getting C/Ds or something.

Hey, waitaminute - You got into Harvard.

WHYYYYYY are you worrying about highschool grades!?

lol, jk

Because imagine being rejected after being accepted!
That’s worse than being flat-out rejected! ;-)

Have you heard from Cornell YET, collegehopefull?

If that happened, I think I would give serious thought to my joke “If I get rejected from Yale” plan.

(The learning French, and running away to the Foreign Legion one. I still think it’s a viable contingency)

Nope, no word from Cornell yet…My finals are all on Monday…ugh.

Also, how awesome would this be?

Ratatat and Crystal Castles sire a lineage of the greatest musicians ever.
They could tour like one of those family bands…

Yale will not be taking waitlisties this year… -sigh- I weep tears of the oppressed! Oh well, I mean I AM going to Dartmouth, and with their stereotype maybe I’ll be able to drink away my pain ;)
