<p>One can easily argue that all rankings, as such, are “worthless.” Nevertheless, if you have any interest in expanding the reach of the school, media reference is probably a positive thing, unless its overly negative, as Yale suffered through. Here on the west coast, NU’s reputation is as strong as its ever been and continues to improve. Of course, Portland is a lacrosse city so the NU women’s lacrosse dominance has not gone unnoticed.</p>
