Jeez! Almost exactly half of the list is arnold’s contry!

Paradise Valley 122? My ass.

Why? There are a lot of really nice houses over there.

I’m saying it should be MUCH higher.

I’m just a little south of #456. I do think my zip code should be on there because you can’t even buy a piece of land (no house!) for less than $1 milllion.

Yeah, I’m shocked Boca isnt on there. We went house shopping and couldnt find anything decent for less than 1.6 Mil.

well i guess going to college in ann arbor will be different than living there…for my entire life

470, and there are lots of hookers and druggies and hobos in our neighborhood. That’s real funny, I love San Francisco for its irony.

well i guess going to college in ann arbor will be different than living there…for my entire life

I haven’t lived in ann arbor all my life if that’s what your implying. I’ve lived in ann arbor for 7 years in august.

I used to live in #399. My current city isn’t on the list.

well i liked ann arbor when i visited…whatever that counts for

im surprised that the cities in my county ranked so low. with all of the bmw’s, benz’s, hummers, and (sometimes) bentleys ive seen pass by my friggin school, i would think where I live would be higher than it is.

Awww. mine’s isn’t on it too… The median price of house in our area is about 550,000 give or take

My city can’t even compare…only $123,000(according to one source)…affordable and you get to live in a beach/resort town.

For my specific zip code…$115,400 =p

Funny, mine is about the same. You don’t live in NY, do you?

Resort the list by state and California is off the chart. The problem here is that Californians don’t get any property for our $$$.

You have the eco nuts to thank for high property prices.

2005 Median Household Income $214,153 …population 12,000+

there’s some higher ones out there, but lower populations…holy ****

No…I live in VA.

It’s funny, because where I live, the average income is on par, sometimes surpassing, some of these places. Yet, we’re not on the list. Thank God for sprawling development keeping housing costs down :-).

Yeah it’s not cool to pay $600,000+ for a house in one of the ****tiest neighborhoods in the whole country that is in the middle of a gang war.

But, that’s life in San Francisco.

Wow… I’m surprised my small, rural town, with a population of 9,182 is on there… #369… I don’t think any of you have heard of it lol

I haven’t heard of most of the places on there…I mean this method is slightly flawed…if there’s only a couple thousand people residing in a handful of households, then one house that sells at an incredibly high price can skew the average price of a house in the town. Some of these towns with like 5,000 people shouldn’t really be there.

There’s lists like, “Richest Cities in the US with a population of 25,000+ people” or something like that. Look it up…

Haha…who cares. I posted this for kicks. I got my fun out of this.
