No matter how international your background seems, if you’re a US citizen or permanent resident you’re domestic. It’s your passport that counts.</p>

<p>US citizens and permanent residents (those holding green cards) are all considered in the domestic applicant pool. Citizens or permanent residents attending high school outside of the US are still considered domestic applicants. There is indeed no such thing as a “half domestic” applicant. You are one or the other, based on your citizenship or permanent residency with respect to the USA.</p>
