Now, if you want to take preppiness into consideration:
-Andover can be pretty preppy, but it’s usually cliques of people, not the school as a whole
-It’s very diverse here, so you really won’t find a uniform cultural/fashion style all over
-You can be very happy, but only if you learn to accept the fact that you are surrounded by hundreds of kids that are most likely better than you at many things and will all be competing to get into the best colleges in the world. Once you get over that, it’s pretty easy to enjoy yourself and appreciate high school.

As for schools that might also seem happy:
-Deerfield
-NMH
-Maybe Middlesex? I have a few friends there who like it a lot

I have to agree with Bigblue29 that St Pauls was absolutely beautiful, the facilities top notch, the Admissions Dept. under Director Jada is 1st class and warm, and D would have gone there instead of Deerfield if it were not for one thing, the Town of Concorde. It was absolutely depressing.

Everyone I have talked to from SPS really loves it, and I am super excited to go. I think that there is a fraction of people at every school who are unhappy, but I don’t think SPS has more of this than any school. People have said the same thing about every HADES school, but actually until now I have never heard it especially about SPS. I just think that’s a sort of warped view. SPS is great!
