The Required Physical Characteristics of an Ibanker...Height?

Good to hear. Can any actual bankers give insight on how tall people around them are that they work with?</p>

<p>The main things that concerned me were an article I read about how every inch you have adds another $780-something to your annual salary, a cc member i was pm-ing that mentioned height as a quality for ibankers, and also a similar question posed on Yahoo Answers that resulted in most posters agreeing, and one even admitting that unfortunately in his company, at a certain level in the corporate ladder, everyone is 6’ 3" and above.

<p>I’ve heard something very similar where every inch above 6 feet adds $5,000 to your salary. This could be true in corporate America where you don’t receive a performance related bonus. In investment banking the harder you work and the better you work the better your bonus. Do you think your bosses care how tall you are if you are making them money?</p>
