Should you not reach her by phone, you should put together a nice application package with cover letter explaining what you are doing, resume, transcripts, a copy of your dad’s DD Form 2058, and all the other items normally associated with an application (use the senators as a guide), and politely explain that you are applying for a MA nomination and is there any other requirements other than the enclosed package.</p>
