<p>In my school, an A+ is worth 4.2, and a A+ in honors or AP is worth 5.2.
So when you calculate the GPA and class rank in my school, A+'s do matter.
However in my sister’s school, they don’t count A+'s. It only goes up to 4.0.
It really depends on what school you go to. However most colleges don’t look at A+'s.
They calculate your UW GPA with 4.0 being the highest. Unless your being compared to a student with the exact same stats as you, it really won’t make any difference. Now if you care about class rank and want to be valedictorian, and A+'s count, you have to try and get them.</p>
