If you are sitting out in the intersection, you are in the wrong. And leaving the intersection on that red light is also illegal…

What greenwitch describes was my understanding. Of course, I am a “gal,” and the person who taught me how to drive and how to deal with that sort of intersection is a “gal,” so apparently our judgement is suspect.

And to make matters worse, I am one of those feminists. The horror!

What kind and color car do you drive? I think a whole bunch of motorists have seen you. You know, all those vocal drivers you’re always “saluting” when they honk their “greetings” to you. ;)

Really! Tell us you’re joking! ;)

Seems saying so’s redundant.

At least we are in agreement on the “horror” factor and the judgment issue. Take comfort in knowing the driving problem is a brain wiring problem many women suffer from.

*******s who drive too slow, aren’t aware of right on red (in appropriate settings), and those who shoot off as soon as the light turns green.

People who think its funny to purposely annoy and needle you.

People who step off an crowded escalator and suddenly stop and stand there

People who talk constantly throughout a movie and laugh uproarously at inappropriate times. I’ve had the misfortune of sitting next to these people in movie theaters the past two weekends.

^ And along those lines, packmom, people who loudly comment and laugh inappropriately during a tribute to someone. We paid a lot of money to hear the people on stage, not the louddmouthed jerk behind us.

Candidates who answer their cellphones in the middle of a job interview

This one more than annoys me - it confounds me. People who have so many blessings, certainly all the important ones (their health, their children’s health, financial security; all their problems are first world problems), who nevertheless are full of scorn, spleen and snark. (To say nothing of that other s-word). They can’t make a single generous comment or overlook a single minor wrong.

Counting my own blessings, I’m glad I don’t have to live in their heads. But man, they’re annoying.

People who don’t realize that right on red is not legal everywhere. People who don’t look both ways when turning onto a one way street, because, you know, there is no possibility of pedestrians walking in each direction. If a street sign says “one way” that means walking and driving can only be done in one direction, right? Right?

The guy who backed out of his driveway like a bat out of hell, making me jump out of his way, and then had the nerve to be annoyed when I waved at him so he could know how close he came to hitting me. Not my fault you can’t drive, dude, but if you had hit me, either I or my family would be preparing to sue you for everything you have or ever will have. So next time look behind you when you pull out because there might be a pedestrian. Particularly with four schools within a half-mile radius. Jerk!!!~

Oh, zoosermom, you know those men just can’t help it. They are wired that way. [/sarcasm]

A crazy woman almost ran my boyfriend over with her SUV in the parking lot at the pharmacy this weekend. He had to jump out of the way, she came within an inch of hitting him. She didn’t even have the decency to look alarmed… I figured she would look upset, either at herself for being a bad driver or at least at us for being in her way, but she just waved us off and kept on driving along, didnt even really look at us… I don’t know how you come that close to striking a pedestrian and don’t even react.

I think a lot of people just should not be allowed to drive. It is not a contest, you don’t need to get to where you’re going so fast that you have to break the law or be rude-- and if you do you needed to leave earlier, and you’re not entitled to rule the road. Get a life and get a grip. Sick of nasty rude drivers with anger control issues.

Solo drivers in the HOV lane who are driving at least 10 mph slower than the traffic in the regular lanes. Happened yesterday for miles and miles. Had to give him the “I hate you look” when I finally passed him. I mean, how else is he going to learn? ;)

Family members that override previously entered DVR recording instructions! First world problem for sure, but shows how selfish you can be!

^^^^Happened to me this week. Went to look for my Downton Abbey episode only to find it had been canceled in favor of a Jersey Shore re-run.

Getting up the morning after my big grocery store run to find that we have no coffee creamer. :(

Nrdsb4: I understand that in a pinch, one can use milk instead. ;)

This flu or cold or whatever it is that keeps dragging along and not going away.
