<p>This past weekend, I saw Sunday in the Park with George. Very worth seeing. Lots of talent. Quite innovative production, particularly with the set.</p>
<p>Siera suprised me in Mermaid, and if for nothing else, the set was amazinggg and were the effects. But that is Disney for you. I saw Gypsy and it was amazing. Very enjoyable. Patti was good, if a little more “soft” as Mama Rose, than other renditions of the part. I saw Macbeth at BAM and it was also wonderful, if a bit creepy. I don’t want to ruin it for anyone that has not seen it yet.</p>
<p>Has anyone seen August: Osage County as I thought that my husband and I may go see this while the girls see something else. I was also interested in the Adding Machine which is off Broadway. We saw the straight play here at La Jolla Playhouse and I was interested to see it as a musical.</p>
<p>August: Osage County is a fabulous show. Probably in my top ten list and I’ve seen just about everything there is to see onstage in the city (and elsewhere) for about 25 years now. 
Adding Machine, on the other hand, was not one of my favorites.</p>
