If the imposter knew he wasn’t Timmothy, then yes, he’s a real dirtball. But… do we know anything about this kid yet? Asking because it’s not impossible that he was a kidnap victim who had been told he was Timmothy or some other weird scenario. The reports sounded like he shows signs of being beaten and agitation could be a sign of mental illness. I’m waiting to understand more before deciding if this is a dirtball or someone that deserves empathy.

OK, read that article and he does sound like a real dirtball. People can be awful. This makes me almost as sad and angry as do the people who harass the families of mass shooting victims claiming that their family member didn’t really die.
It sounds like he’s got some mental health issues.
