<p>Allopathic medical schools (MD) do not allow for grade replacement. Both the original grade and the retake will be included when your GPA and sGPA are computed by AMCAS.</p>

Once you know that, you’ll be able to compute how many As it will take to raise your sGPA to 3.5 or higher. This will tell you how easy/hard it will be for you to recover from your freshman year grades.</p>

<p>sGPA includes only your grades in biology, chemistry, math and physics.</p>
