kaira07 and perfectpixie: Congratulations! Two applicants from my school were admitted to Yale today too! So happy for you all! You guys should still be applying to Stanford though because we all know it’s better than Yale. Haha

P.S: Guys, I am writing an international student’s guide to U.S. admissions to help all future international CC’ers. Would any of you be interested in going over it for me, and adding a few details?

I don’t mind helping out too PD. But I’d like to know how much time It’d take as my boards draw near.
and I didn’t get to congratulate you on Stanford. Well done! PrincetonDreams is going to Stanford. Oh wow. ;)

Thanks for offering to help guys! It’s only about two pages on Word. I’ll PM it to you guys over the weekend. I really hope future international CC’ers will benefit from it. :)

Absolutely not! Haha, I withdrew my Princeton application (along with the rest) an hour after I was accepted. Stanford is my school! :D

Wow, congrats man! So, will it be Cali for you too???

Haha, I just remembered that a friend applied EA to CalTech. I am so curious to know what happened of his application. Damn, not having FB makes me feel so isolated sometimes lol.

Btw, I went to watch ‘Break Ke Baad’ last night and it was terrible. I need movie advice from you guys haha! Any good movies out right now?? :)

P.S: Haha I normally wouldn’t ask for movie advice but I really need something to make me feel better. I think arunemo knows why lol.

Phas Gaye Re Obama is really hilarious from what I’ve heard. No forced on jokes- just simple pure laughter.
Don’t go by star name nowadays. They seem to be doing all stupid commercial films.

Oh damn, I am so stupid. Completely forgot about Carnegie Mellon and assumed it to be CalTech. Haha, congrats either way! They’re both great schools. :)

Carnegie mellon is referred to as CMU I thought? :S
He’s referring to Cal Tech. (Tippu: Sorry for replying on your behalf, I couldn’t wait for you to correct it!)

StanfordDreams (It’s so pointless calling you P’Ton anymore. StanfordReality? Neither have the same ring to it unfortunately)-I wish I could advise you, but I am completely out of it as far as Indian movies are concerned. You could watch the Social Network though? Although it’s not a cheer-me-up type of movie. Or Inception (I still haven’t watched it…grr). Or Despicable Me. Or the Chronicles of Narnia.
I could be a lot more helpful if I knew what sort of movies you generally prefer (the last suggestion was a joke btw).

^^I resent that. I am very much interested in Narnia… more than any of the other flicks you listed.
And I’m going to go on calling him P’ton dreams. Serves to reinforce the irony! :)

Hey I like Narnia too. Sort of. It’s like an escapist flick. The first one was the best though (I only said I joke because some people find it really lame, and I don’t know what Stan…Prince…wtv he’s called prefers).
