It’s three things: 1) girls largely don’t go for girls taller than they are, 2) guys are generally unwilling to approach girls who are taller than they are because they think/know girls largely don’t go for girls taller than they are, 3) relationships between guys and girls taller than they are are inevitably doomed because of insecurity issues.</p>

<p>So assuming these are independent random variables, you have about a 14% chance of any given guy at columbia meeting your criteria.</p>

<p>Somehow I imagine “looks” and “is nice” and “is mature” fall somewhere in your priorities, but hey, you have your whole life to figure that out.</p>
