Since you are in state drive over to Georgia Tech and ask them directly about how they will handle your record. Address it directly with the schools you are interested in,do not be shy. If they say no way, apply to MIT, and other schools in the northeast, both public and private that will not care about your drug “record”… MIT will not care about you smoking weed a few times. Colleges in the northeast and west coast tolerate drugs more than Georgia does. Don’t let it get you down. Everyone makes mistakes. It seems Georgia is very strict about drugs. Clearly a lot of the country just is not that way.
