2006 Princeton
2007 Middlebury

07 - johns hopkins (val), princeton (sal)
06 - princeton (val), yale (sal)

Last year’s vals: MIT and Columbia (transferring to Harvard)

rodney: then you must be awesome too then :]

08 - University of Houston or UT Austin [he doesn’t plan on applying anywhere else, even with a 4.97 weighted gpa and state band awards…die]
^I can say he got accepted already cause of the top 10% law.

07 - UT Austin [didnt apply anywhere else]

06 - Community College with no intent to transfer ever (because her family didn’t want her going ‘too far’ no medical reason or anything…arr it frustrated her and many of her teachers)

ahhh most kids don’t go very far for college, there’s a mindset among parents that the community college is as far as they should ever be from their family :(

2005: 1. Princeton
2. Wharton @ Penn
2006: 1. Penn
2. Harvard
2007:
- UMich
- MIT (also got into Stanford)
- Penn
- Princeton (Only school applied to)

Wow that’s crazy, only applying to Princeton lol…

No idea for this year yet, but last year, the top two kids in my grade both went to NYU.

No idea about this year (I know the sal’s top choice is Brown, but I don’t know if she applied early), but last year, the val went to Oberlin and the sal went to Tufts.

We had three people tie for Val my senior year, and they are going to Stanford (also got Dartmouth and Penn), Cal (only applied to UCs and waitlisted MIT), and UC Irvine =O

Brown University, she applied ED and never sent in other apps after that

Sal: NYU. ED.

None of the people at my school applied ED.

I’m my school’s valedictorian and I applied to most of the ivies, some other private colleges, and UCs.

I’m hoping to get in to Princeton.

Last year’s valedictorian (for my school), got in to UCLA, USC, and UC Berkeley. However, I have my eyes set on Princeton or a private college in the east coast.

Most of everybody at my school stays at the west coast, but I want to go somewhere different. However, I do like the warm weather where I live (SoCal).

Penn (ED)

the valedictorian in my brothers grade went to yale, had a mental breakdown halfway through her freshman year, and is now going to the University of Washington here in Seattle. Shows the high mental price of grade grubbing :).

Yale, UPenn

hahhhhvahhhhhhhd

Last year the valedictorian got accepted into Northwestern and Notre Dame, and she’s attending Notre Dame.
The salutatorian is at UW-Madison.

val: cornell
sal: cornell

2002 or 2003: Harvard, also one to Yale
2004: Harvard (brother of 2002 or 2003 Harvard person)
2005: Yale, also one to Cornell
2006: Princeton, also one to Penn, one to WUSTL
2007: Kenyon, also one to Northwestern (2007 wasn’t a very strong class.)

Generally, someone may get into a top college from my HS, but if they do, it is for their own independent merit, not for the school’s or GC’s worthiness.
