  1. Ask your UC about what you need to do for a letter of reciprocity. They’ll know what that is.
    Here is UCSC’s (I couldn’t find UCSB):

I’m not sure if you have to complete every general Ed course to transfer UC-UC.

  1. Then go to assist.org, choose any CCC, it doesn’t matter which, then choose the UC you want to transfer to and pick your intended major. It will tell you what the major requirements are. Try to match those requirements with courses at your UC.

You would then apply in November.
