I took CSU LB as another example. (Found that they have an Honors Business Program with special networking events like you have for the MBA and special advanced courses in some subjects).
I looked at Supply Chain Management because it’s the most employable major that has little math and “Calc for business” IS required.
Checking out their catalog, a score of 3 gives you only 2 units of Calculus 1, so I’m not sure you’d get the Calc 115 (for business) requirement waived. However at CPP, a 3 on the Calc AB exam gives you full credit for the “Calc for Business” course. (I picked CSU LB and CPP randomly).
