Case Western in Cleveland should be on your application list. They used to waive their application fee in a follow up letter if you toured. You might want to see if they are having any virtual events you can register for to learn more about them.

While you should consider a range of other schools, just make sure you do your best on your Stanford application. Why? Because of every reason you listed on your post. Be brave - best wishes.
