<p>Based on my experience with student tenants, I would say that URI is the top party school in the East.</p>

<p>That playboy rating is BS it discriminates against cold schools and the brains index is just silly because Miami has 20 brains and UT-Austin only has 16. I feel the criteria is incredibly arbitrary like sex, but it never actually rates their parties.</p>

<p>Penn State is central PA. New England is generally the states north east of New York (Conn, Mass, RI, NH, VT, Maine).</p>

<p>Look, once you’ve compiled your short list, why don’t you just schedule an interview with each school and discuss this candidly with the admissions people? Then sit back, see which one tries hardest to accommodate your needs, and choose accordingly. For what they are charging? Let them work for you for heavens sake.</p>
