<p>My daughter has lived in Tower 1 for the past two years. Last year, as a freshman, her Tower’s apt mates were a freshman, sophomore and a junior. That said, she is in a 4/4 apt (not 4/2) and those are more likely to be returning students because they are in high demand and there are only 3 such apt. on each floor. She told me that most of the 4/2 apts were freshman.</p>
