well, I don’t know about stem majors. I called UC Berkeley cuz that was the school that wanted a certain class that my cc didn’t offer. Since my major is letters&science, they asked me if I had completed my entire IGETC, which I did, and they also asked me to email UC Berkeley admissions to explain the situation and to tell them I had completed the IGETC. It might be different for you, it also might be too late for you to email if you haven’t already. I did this back in January/February.
