@larosa2 Not to give you false hope but you might be hearing by tomorrow or Wednesday because everyone who was accepted last Tuesday was only given a week to respond (unless they requested for a deposit extension). I also received an email today saying that registration for the Tisch summer classes will be starting this week/next week. Since all Film transfer have to take summer courses I can’t see why they wouldn’t release decisions this week. I could be very wrong though ://

Someone in the main transfer thread said they called admissions, and they’re now extending notifications until July. I’m about to cry. I hope this was miscommunication. I’m going to call tomorrow to see if that’s true.
I called, and they said they technically have until June 30th; however, they’re going to try their best to release stuff now. They also said if you get a later decision, it does not signify a rejection.
I’m declining my admission to Tisch for Film and TV so hopefully that helps someone to get their decision earlier. Good luck to everyone!!!

Yes, I also saw that. This really freaks me out! Do you guys think we can get decisions next week? I am super nervous right now. I feel like they might reject me, so I get my decision very late.

Hey all! Not sure if this will help anyone out (because I didn’t apply to the film department), but I received my Tisch decision on May 12th around 7:00 EST. They gave me a week to respond with no chance of deferral. Housing is not guaranteed for transfers, so I submitted my housing application two days later. Hoping to get housing because I won’t be able to go if I can’t! Let me know if you have any questions!
@alwayshp394 Did you see any changes on your portal? and when did you receive an email from them?
@innnok i’m honestly not sure because mine changed from member to member-student in the last week of April. But who knows! hopefully yours meant something!

I don’t know if it means anything. It might, but maybe not. I know that a few days before I got accepted, I saw my cost of attendance in albert. So i think if you can see your Cost of attendance, thats means something but who knows, the zoom might mean something.
