That is a BIG BIG issue for me. </p>
<p>I get full aid at UCLA, 22k, of which only 6k is Loans ----the remainder is all grants.</p>
<p>Considering my EFC=0, but that ia m NOT a NY resident, is that going to just create big problems for me?</p>
