<p>Is it so bad for a transfer student to pass 60 credits by going to school for 5 semesters if they are willing to give up the extra credits and still complete the residency requirement? Are their chances that diminished?</p>

<p>here is some info. on the transfer agreements that CALS has with some SUNY 2 years. I spoke to an admissions person at cornell previously and contrary to what thefreshprince said, SOME of the agreements (read: not all) are in fact GUARANTEED. Most of this is intended for people who want to major in agriculture related things.</p>
