Hi flipit54,

First, and this is going to sound like a parent, I recommend that you email someone in Admissions your questions. Your questions are so specific and the responses so essential to your decision that you need to have Penn State Admissions’ response in writing.

Maybe you’ve already done this, but before you do email, you may want to check Penn State’s transfer credit tool to include any further questions you may have regarding transferring credits: [Transfer Credit: Penn State University Undergraduate Admissions](http://admissions.psu.edu/academics/credit/transfer/)
My son was interested in taking a class at Pitt, but it wasn’t listed as transferring to PSU. Took some review, but he finally worked it out. Key words: “took some review” meaning time/signatures/approval process.

Also, Penn State has on-line offerings: [Penn State | Online Degrees, Online Courses, and Online Certificates offered by Penn State](http://worldcampus.psu.edu/) You may want to look into that option.

Lastly, my son will be taking class at a PSU branch campus this summer. I don’t know if that would be an option for you.

Good luck with your research and decisions.
