Transfer to UC Berkeley/UCLA/UCSD/UCSB from Community College as an International Student

<p>Isn’t it also beneficial to be at a CC where you can be a part of the TAP? Also is it possible to be at a CC where I can be part of the TAP for both UCLA and Cal?</p>
