You could only transfer to UF, if you have the 60 credits (and whatever prerequisites are required for your major). If you had the credits due to DE/AP/AICE/IB, then you may be able to have the 60 credits after only one year, but you still need the prerequisites for your major.
After transferring to UF, you will have your normal 2 or 3 years to graduate. Longer if you co-op, etc.
Edit: What drives the “limit” is the requirement that you be a full time student, advising ensuring you’re taking classes toward your major (or they will not approve your schedule), and the dreaded excess hour surcharge. You can be hit with a surcharge equal to 100 percent of the tuition rate for each credit hour in excess of 110 percent. If the degree takes 120 credit hours to complete, they could start charging the surcharge after you’ve taken 132 hours (110% of 120).
