Assuming that is the end of the second year, then you have passed two years of hs language.
If it is not the equivalent of two years you will need to take one semester of language at your CCC that is equal to one year of college language (it is usually a daily course) or two semester courses if the accelerated course is not offered. Note: one year of college language is = to two years of hs language.
If your major requires IGETC you need to complete it or you may not get in. It is not a UC req per se, but you will drastically lower your chances without the one extra course. Don’t chance it over one course.
