3.2 won’t make you competitive at most of those schools and straight A’s henceforth doesn’t seem like a good bet. UCSC is probably your best bet. I’d suggest you follow the TAG framework for Santa Cruz to the letter.

Their threshold is jut 3.0 and, for CS is doesn’t look like Physics is required. - though, i just took a quick look so, confirm that yourself.
I’d also apply to a few less competitive schools - Sac, SF and UCR have solid programs and should be more accessible.
