Your admission will be based on your current GPA plus your Fall grades so target schools where a 3.2 will get you into a CS program. Having a 3.6-3.7 by Spring will not help your chances since the decisions will be made prior to the end of Spring Semester/Quarter.
I agree with @NCalRent that UCSC would be a very good choice to focus on for TAG and Cal Poly Pomona looks like a possible Match school. The rest of the UC’s will be a tough admit at this point and especially if Physics is a required pre-req.
