Transferring from a T15 Finance School To McDonough, Need Help!

As might pertain as well to the OP, Fordham appears to be recognized for its networking opportunities:

I don’t know about your chances, but this is great advice:

I also wanted to add that as the parent of a GU junior, I do see the benefit of being a student in McDonough during sophomore year. Anecdotally, that is when my child secured their summer internship for 2025.

I wish you luck. It will all work out how it should.

GU will be my target transfer, and people will transfer freshmen → sophomore year regardless so why shouldn’t I?

I am not only applying to GU but to Stern, Penn, and Cornell with GU being the “easiest” to get into and also my top choice due to its similarities with my current school rigor and class wise.

Yes, I have, and its simply the fact I just simply dont care about the college experience, the education is first and I am aware that the schools name isn’t going to get me into xyz top firm alone, but it will 100% help get my foot in the door for the interviews and what not. Also my point is that if I’m paying full price I might as well try to make use of every dollar possible. I feel an immense burden that I am not getting the most value possible out of my education and parents wealth if I’m not shooting for the best school/outcome possible.
