Assuming you’ve completed the correct courses and # of units, you can apply to transfer to another CSU in November for admission as a Jr the following August. The ‘best’ business programs at CSUs by most accounts are CP SLO, SDSU, CSULB, Chico and Fullerton (generally in order) That said, CP SLO and SDSU are notoriously hard to transfer into. (SLO doesn’t accept many at all and both have a significant preference for local CC applicants.) A 3.2-3.4 transfer GPA should do the trick at the other 3.
You certainly can apply and see what happens.
Honestly though, most CSUs have solid business programs that are particularly respected locally. If you plan to stay within a 30-50 mile radius of for you first job, you might want to stay put, try to nab a local internship that could turn into a career. This is much easier to do if you have 4 years in one place.
If you think you’d like to venture beyond that area, a better recognized program is something to consider - or one closer to where you’d like to start your career.
