It’s always a bad idea to project “by the end of fall term I’ll be…” There’s no way of knowing what your grades will be for classes you haven’t taken. Even if they’re cake classes you could walk through eyes closed, you could have some horrible unforeseen circumstance causing your work to tank, or fall in love, or have to drop a class for some reason.
I wish you luck, but try to keep a plan B in the back of your mind, just in case.
