If you graduated High School in 2022, you should have been able to take an ACT or SAT during the 2021-2022 academic year.

You need to distance yourself from your high school GPA. I would strongly suggest getting an associates degree with the potential to get a job. Get all A grades in those CC courses…and do well on your job. THEN apply to complete your four year degree.
