SLO is a tough admit as a transfer if you are not in the local service area so much will depend upon your CSU transferable GPA and major. If there are still courses you need to take to transfer to your 1st choice schools, SLO and UCSB, then I would stay at your CC another and complete all the requirements.
CPP however has a well respected Engineering program so if you want to complete your degree in 2 more years vs. 3 years, then I would highly recommend you attend CPP. Where you get your Engineering Degree will not matter as much as what you do with the opportunities you are given and CPP will offer you similar opportunities as will SLO and UCSB.
