Are you sure that you have transfer credit for K204 The Computer in Business? It would be very unusual for you to have taken such a class, as according to the credit transfer service website, the only schools you can get transfer credit for K204 in the country are Ivy Tech, Vincennes University, and Worcester Poly Institute.

If you have to take K204, which is a prerequisite for X202, it will add one more semester before you can take I-Core.

“My school actually has an agreement whereby you take IUB classes online but you pay the in-state tuition fee. I may use this in order to catch up or take care of any troublesome pre-reqs. Anyone have experience with this program?”

You are not allowed to take I-Core prerequisites online, even if they are online classes from Kelley:

“Because of their basic importance in the degree program, the following courses may not be taken online, by correspondence study or distance education: admission courses, business courses, I-Core prerequisites, and ECON-E 202.”

Also, ICore is a prerequisite with very few exceptions for all of classes needed to major in finance at Kelley. One exception to this is accounting classes that can be applied to finance major requirements; and other exceptions usually don’t apply unless you are in the honors program.

You may also have to take two 300-level social science or humanities classes or two 200-level science classes to graduate, you probably can’t get 300-level IU credit for any of your CC classes.

The “C” you got in finite at CC may really hurt your chances to get accepted to Kelley. That alone would keep me from attempting to transfer into Kelley. Having a lot of hours often does not help that much transfering into Kelley, because so many of the Icore prerequisites you can only take at Kelley, and the K204 & X202 sequence takes two semesters.
