<p>So, just to clarify: you plan to apply to transfer while you still have the same high-school transcript as before, and the same standardized test scores as before, and you don’t have any college grades yet, and you don’t yet have any professors who know you well enough to write you a strong recommendation.</p>
<p>Unless I have missed something, I don’t understand why you should get a result that’s any different from last time.</p>
