<p>It seems clear that they want the last 3 years of academic work/grades. So the last three years of academic work/grades are definitely applicable. If you just provide one, I doubt you’ll be considered for failing to send in the required documentation. Your application won’t be considered complete, and will likely not undergo further review until they mark the app as complete.</p>
