A 500 SAT score in any category is considered the bare minimum for acceptance into FSU. It also serves as a way to prove proficiency in that subject if your transcripts are missing the classes (as has been pointed out in posts above). The SAT score required for testing out of any math class [is a 680](FSU Admissions | Error 404 page not found), and that gets you out of College Algebra (MAC 1105, the basic level math course).
I’m concerned about the same thing that physicsfreak is concerned about- how is the OP graduating with an AA with only one math credit? You need 6 credit hours to fulfill math requirements basically anywhere. Failing college algebra would suggest that they don’t have any math courses that they passed besides the stats course they are in now, which isn’t enough to get an AA.
They can use the SAT score for you to prove that you are proficient in math even though you don’t have the grades yet in a math class to prove it. As a transfer you are required to have 6 credits of liberal studies math, with a 2.0GPA, and no grades below a C-. Failing College Algebra suggests that you don’t meet that requirement.
Your stats might be strong but what you listed here suggests that you do not meet the requirements that FSU has put forth. This would make it a tough sell, in my opinion, for you to be accepted. Keep in mind too that Psychology is not the only department that can accept or reject you: you have to be accepted to the university as a whole. Not meeting some of their requirements does not look good.
You absolutely will need two liberal studies math classes. This is listed on the [Psychology Academic Map.](http://www.academic-guide.fsu.edu/Maps/Mappsych.html)
